I have been singing in choirs for the last fourteen years now. Over the years, I have found
myself loving it more and more as I get older.

First of all, I learned a lot from it. Aside from the obvious: Singing and breathing techniques,
warmups, etc., I also learned the importance of working as a team and coming together to
create something beautiful, magical, and amazing!

Second, I discovered all different kinds of pieces and composers with different styles, from
different time periods, and wrote in different languages.

Third, I am so grateful for the people I have met along the way. Whether it’s people I have sang
with in the past or the people I’m singing with currently, just know it has been an honor singing
with you! Special thanks to those who have been so kind and welcoming and have taught me
valuable life lessons!

Fourth, I found that choir is not just a hobby. It’s an escape. It's a community. It’s an experience
like no other! Whenever I was at my lowest, I would start to sing and watch my sorrows melt
away before my eyes and forget what I was worried, sad, or upset about in the first place. And
what better way to sing a song than with your best friends, brothers, and sisters by your side?

Choir has brought out things in me that would not have been otherwise! I am forever grateful for the experiences and opportunities choir has offered me! I will continue to sing for as long as I can! by @bradyschoch

A day late, I know! I was honestly debating doing a 2025 recap, but I figured what the heck! Everyone else is doing it! So here we go!

Picture 1) Nothing too crazy. Just a picture of me at the beginning of the year!
Pictures 2 and 3) I found that there were a lot of beautiful sunsets in 2025, so I figured I'd throw a couple of those in, too!
Pictures 4 and 5) Me going to Vegas for the first time!
Picture 6) Got to see one of the best Elvis impersonators, @hugoselvista ! Believe it or not, this was not in Vegas! He's really good! Y'all should give him a follow!
Picture 7) Got to sing Handel's "Messiah," and the show was sold out! Great experience!
Picture 8) I performed "The Nutcracker," which is the first time I've performed a ballet, but I wanted to do something a little out of my comfort zone!
Picture 9) I found out this is what happens when you're not careful with wheelchairs!
Picture 10) I wanted to save the best for last! The fondest memory of 2025 was finding out I was going to be an uncle! Yes, I'm tearing up as I type this! Can't wait to see the baby boy in February!
