So thankful for the ability to do hard things and for everything they teach you along the way.
The preparation, the lessons from past races, the highs and the lows it all mattered today. Every race has taught me something, and I’m grateful I got to bring those lessons with me to this one.

A man without a mission will always be distracted.
The mission is simple: build, serve, lead.

There’s nothing better than a challenge that humbles you. The kind that leaves you exhausted, questioning yourself in the middle of it, but the moment it’s over you’re smiling, proud of what you endured, and already looking forward to doing it again.

Growth lives on the other side of discomfort. That’s where I want to stay. Focused on what’s next 🔋👀 taken in The Replay Club by @braedenniemy45

The perfect 4. What once started as dreams and goals became reality.
To say I loved every moment of living, learning, and battling in the Seahawk jersey alongside brothers for life would still be an understatement. Over the last 15 years, this game has given me more than I ever could have imagined memories, lessons, relationships, experiences, and a purpose far greater than myself. The list could go on forever!
While the days of lacing up the cleats may be coming to an end, the medicine game will always be a huge part of who I am. I can’t imagine a day where in some capacity I’m not involved in some way with this special game. I’m excited for what’s next, but forever grateful to this program, this university, and every person who helped make this journey so special. You couldn’t write the script better - Forever indebted. Forever family. And forever, every beach in the FL is ours.
#45 out… but we ain’t fucking leaving - Grateful ❤️

Marathon #4 in the books. Progress rarely moves in a straight line, in running or in life. 3:57:26 wasn’t close to the result I wanted, but it reminded me why I do this in the first place. I run to discover myself, to push beyond limits I once believed were unreachable, to chase the experience, feel the adrenaline, and hopefully inspire someone along the way. All of that was accomplished—and then some. Extremely grateful for my brothers who always show up, support, push me forward and literally carry me across the finish line taken in Palm Beaches Marathon by @braedenniemy45

Utah brought the adventure, the great people, running, and lacrosse — and a 3:27:29 at the Salt Lake City Marathon just added to the energy. You were special, Utah. Onward. What’s next? 🏃🥍🗻 taken in Utah by @braedenniemy45
