FULL TRANSPARENCY.

Three months ago I stepped on the scale and saw 207 pounds staring back at me. But the number wasn’t the hardest part — it was what came with it. I was losing confidence, losing energy, and slowly losing a sense of myself. I didn’t feel like the leader, father, coach, and man I knew I was supposed to be.

I had to look in the mirror and be honest: the late nights, bad eating habits, and lack of discipline were catching up with me.

So I made a decision.

I stopped feeding temporary cravings and started feeding purpose. I cleaned up my eating. I stayed consistent when it was hard. I showed up on the days I didn’t feel like it. Discipline became my daily language.

And somewhere in that process… I found myself again.

Today I’m 184 pounds — but more importantly, I’m stronger mentally, more confident, and more locked in than ever. This journey wasn’t just physical. It was spiritual. It reminded me who I am.

Huge shoutout to my guy @mvp_solo for believing in me, pushing me, and holding me accountable through this transition. Having someone who sees your potential when you forget it yourself is priceless.
