New music soon.

Think(know) I injured my knee. I’ve been lying to myself for a while but it’s time to really get it right. I love getting out and challenging myself physically, so this time off will make future adventures possible. Don’t lie to yourself.

@neuraldsp quad cortex mini in the house and the first thing I’m in love with is the transpose function. 4 string standard becomes BEAD with the tap of a switch. #brahmulustech #ableton #brahmulus #ベース #pbass by @brahmulus

It’s been pretty busy since March, @brett_clark1987 got me into trail running and pushed me to one of the goals I really didn’t think was possible. I’m signed up for an ultra marathon this fall and getting closer to my goal of completing the double at @midsouthgravel.

Fell back in love with guitar and got deeper into music theory and concepts with @kent_crawley

Still making music and playing bass, but just starting to see that I have more in the tank to offer my family and the rest of the world.
