Do I Need To Book?

We do accept walk-ins when we can — but here’s the deal:
⏳ Wait times can be long, and if we’re fully booked, we won’t be able to squeeze you in.
📅 Bookings are highly encouraged to make sure you don’t miss out — especially for custom styles, braids with extensions, or in busy peak times.

Here’s how to keep it simple:
✅ Make sure your booking matches the braid you want - each appointment type allows for specific styles and timing.
💻 Book easily via www.braidlab.com.au - it’s quick and ensures your spot is saved.

We’re feeling very much the grateful kind of tired after another huge school holiday rush! Our trainees are massaging their fingers after their first big holiday season, the team is already in full swing prepping for Christmas, and we’re gearing up to go FULL STEAM AHEAD into silly season. 🎄✨

Some goodbyes are a little harder than others 🤍

After so many years of being such a huge part of BraidLab, our beautiful Lili is spreading her wings and stepping into an exciting new chapter of her life.

Lili has been so much more than a staff member to us. She has grown alongside BraidLab, poured so much of herself into this business and has left a little piece of herself in everything we’ve built. She is talented, hardworking, kind, caring and one of those people who makes a team better simply by being part of it.

We are SO incredibly proud of the young woman she has become and so excited to see where this next chapter takes her. While we are absolutely heartbroken to see her go, we know she has so many amazing things ahead of her and we couldn’t be more supportive of her taking this next step.

Lili, thank you for all the laughs, the hard work, the memories and everything you have given BraidLab over the years. You will be so incredibly missed, but you will always be part of the BraidLab family. 🤍
