The end of the year 2025 I have spent in China after a long way back from Mexico and with a stopover in Phuket to do nothing. I have visited Xiamen, Fuzhou, Hangzhou and the New Year I have spent in Shanghai where I have met up with my friends to start the final part of my almost year long journey before going back to Australia. by @brainonn

At the end of November 2025 I have visited Rio and Iguazu falls. I think it is now one of my new favorite cities on this planet and I will definitely want to travel all around Brazil more. Also possibly one of the most fun but scary hikes I have ever done with the resulting view of the whole Rio as can be seen on the pictures. 10/10 will visit again. taken in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro by @brainonn

In mid November 2025, after Peru I had a short stopover in Santiago in Chile 🇨🇱. Although my original plan was to stay there longer to do some hiking around the city, I had to cut my travel short. A lovely city which I believe has great potential if the authorities handle the disaster that is happening in the city center. I will definitely need like a month long visit to Chile though as I want to drive from Santiago all the way south and then hike there. taken in Santiago, Chile by @brainonn

At the start of November in 2025, after Mexico, I went to Peru 🇵🇪 to visit gorgeous Machu Picchu and incredible beautiful place deep into the Peruvian Mountains. Also I have completed my highest elevation hike so far to see the Rainbow Mountain at 5200m. Also I don’t know if it was the lack of oxygen or just general excitement, but I have felt like everything I ate in Peru was extra delicious. Dia de Los Muertos in Mexico City. Visiting Mexico during this awesome holiday was a trip in the making for many years. And my Mom and my brother aging this moment with me made it extra awesome. An absolute banger, 10/10 would visit Mexico for this spectacular event once again. taken in Mexico City by @brainonn

Next stop was Mexico 🇲🇽 And this awesome country has exceeded all of my expectations. I did a shamanic Temazcal rebirth ceremony, saw an ancient pyramids ate a ton of delicious food and all of that before we reached the cherry on top - the Day of the Dead festival at the start of November (see next post). by @brainonn

It was my first time in Morocco 🇲🇦 and I must say I have found the country to be in a rather sad state of affairs. Dirty streets, deteriorating infrastructure, same leather and crafts shops everywhere and basically nothing remarkable besides that one garden built by a foreigner. But our dad came with us which has compensated all of these things 🫶🫶🫶 by @brainonn

My European part of the world tour was ending with Lisbon in Portugal at the start of October. That’s also where I have met up with @yorzic to travel to Morocco and then Mexico together. I think Lisbon has a lot of issues nowadays, but they definitely have amazing food and the best ceramic tiles in the world 🤣 by @brainonn

The rest of September I have spent in a rush of going from Moscow to Budapest to Sicilian small villages to Zurich in Switzerland. Can’t wait to be back to city hopping in Europe again sometime, as it’s one of my favorite things to do 🥰🥰🥰🥰 by @brainonn

In the first half of September of 2025, after Guangzhou and Shenzhen I went to HK where I have managed to reunite with some of the most amazing people whom I have met during the 6 years I have spent in the UK. And what a beautiful city it is, and I also got to explore Llama island which has a special cool vibe. by @brainonn

Next I went back to China to see Guangzhou and Guilin. Gorgeous places, Guangzhou towers are super impressive and Guilin nature is a must see. Famous hills there are depicted in a 20 Yuan banknote. Sadly you can hardly see any cash in China nowadays as all the payments are done with WeChat or Alipay. by @brainonn

Next stop was Seoul where I finally got to eat proper pork Korean BBQ that we have dreamed of while being stuck in Saudi with my dear friend Choi 🫶 I still think that Korean food is one of the best in the world, and also no one drinks quite like the Koreans 🤣🤣🤣 I hope I will go there next time for a longer trip as there are so many things left to see ☺️ taken in Gangnam, Seoul, S Korea by @brainonn
