PRE-ORDER ALERT‼️
Music Therapy Vol.II (Anthonius, Laroye, Rafa Santos, Bralan Arias) MATE 028 💎

The second instalment of the ‘Music Therapy’ compilation brings together four distinct takes on the deeper side of the dancefloor, ranging from warm textures and staccato rhythms to a deeply rooted groove. 🪩

@anthonius_atlas reinterprets ‘Let Me Love U’ through his synthesisers with true elegance, allowing the groove to take hold of the entire track. On ‘The Spirit Of House’, @tomlaroye builds on compact percussion, a solid bassline and rhythmic vocals, with a firm house foundation and a swing that’s evident from the very first bar. @rafasantos_mate changes tack with ‘Bossa Seeds’, where the broken beat blends with touches of bossa nova in a warm, musical production, brimming with emotion. @bralanarias rounds off the release with ‘Sisifo’, his most introspective track: a flute melody that leaves a sense of hope. ✨

Working on this lately 😌,Which one is your favorite? by @bralanarias

WAREBLUES welcomes Bralan Arias to the label with “Relentless”, a four-track EP exploring different facets of underground house through organic textures and evolving atmospheres. The title track opens with jazz-inflected touches and a warm sound that gives its groove a distinct character. “Kindness Over Being Right” moves into more atmospheric territory, where evolving pads and expressive ad-libs add depth and movement. Built around a driving rhythm and a loop-based structure, “Uncertain” develops a hypnotic groove. Closing the EP, “The Absurd, The Truth” lets a punchy bassline lead an almost narrative progression over a house beat.
