THIS Wednesday is our August Meet the Team event at Vromans 1894. (Slight change to the normal last Wednesday monthly schedule for August and September). We’ll be there around 6:30pm, singing oldies/campfire/folksy songs that will compel you to sing along (we hope). Come celebrate back to school or have a drink and read while we run through our repertoire. Either way we’d love to see you!!

Meet @bramsbeer, the brewery behind the beers you've been enjoying at TRK all season!

BRAMS has been a valued partner of TRK this year, pouring their signature French Pilsner during our regular programming and at our Fête de la Musique celebration.

But how did it all begin?

Inspired by a beer discovered while cruising France's Canal du Midi, founders Carl and Cindy set out to recreate that unforgettable taste here in the U.S. After years of recipe testing and perfecting their craft, they launched America's first French Pilsner.

Today, BRAMS continues to blend French brewing inspiration with California craftsmanship—and a strong commitment to sustainability. Bring back empty bottles, 4-pack carriers, or even Pak-Tech holders (from any brewery!) to receive a discount while helping reduce waste. Even their embroidered sweatshirts are made from recycled California cotton and can be returned to be recycled into new garments.

We're proud to partner with a brewery that's passionate about sharing French brewing traditions while caring for our community and the planet.

Santé!

We are 1 week away from the longest day of the year and guess what that means: Fête de la Musique! Come out to Theatre Raymond Kabbaz to celebrate the summer solstice as the French do. Music, biere, cocktails, le coucher de soleil…

We’ll be at the beer garden pouring fan favorites as well as a French classic. For more information and to RSVP:

Tomorrow is our last sing along of the year! If you find yourself needing a bit of cheerful, casual holiday singing (and tasty alcohol), we hope you’ll come join us! Likely just a single guitar but equally fun. Feel free to bring your tambourines and shakers!

Special shoutout to our Centime members: we’ll be giving away some 500ml bottles of limited edition bourbon-aged Dubbel!

Wishing everyone a lovely holiday and a Happy 2026!

BRAMS is now on tap at Bacchus Kitchen and Wine Bar in Pasadena!

Chef Claud Beltran opened this restaurant in 2014 after the success of his other Pasadena restaurant, The Eatery. Bacchus focuses on seasonal ingredients sourced locally and the menu is at once eclectic, creative, inspired, and whimsical.

Bacchus hosts live music regularly, including live jazz, which we happily caught some of as were cleaning the draft lines during delivery.

A hidden neighborhood gem that should stay hidden no more.
