Thursday Thoughts: This week is going at a snail's pace 🐌 I woke up thinking it was Friday for a moment. I really don't have many thoughts today. Just a desire to get coffee ☕️ I think I am addicted to coffee but I also think coffee is giving me heart palpitations and interrupted sleep at night. So it's a conundrum. Tree Tuesday: This is one of my all time favorites; Tricolor Beech (Fagus sylvatica). A Tricolor Beech can look like someone took a purple leaf and painted the edges with pink and cream! Its foliage is especially spectacular when the spring leaves first emerge. Tricolor Beech is a cultivated form of the European Beech, which is native to central and southern Europe. A mature Tricolor Beech is generally around 30 feet tall, although size varies by cultivar and growing conditions.
