When we find the one for our client and schedule the private showing… we’re ready early, lights on, doors open, picturing their reaction the whole time.

Five minutes go by…
Ten minutes go by…

Now we’re standing in the living room like:
“What you doing? Where you at?”

Because when we’re excited about the home we found for you, the wait can start to feel like the opening verse of an R&B song.

Don’t worry though…we’ll still give you the full tour like it’s the first time we’ve seen it too.
