What’s up Spidey fans! i’m happy to announce that the raffle of this Spider-Man oil painting begins now, and a winner will be picked on Friday and announced Saturday at 1:11. This painting was a passion project for me. I’ve always been a huge fan of Spider-Man and comic books in general. This whole scene was a challenge and definitely a learning process.. over the course of the year I would revisit and dabble here and there, constantly changing colors and light sources, fixing mistakes, making more mistakes, getting frustrated, finding happiness in it, wanting to burn it or throw it away, then enjoying it again. Lots of ups and downs and love and hate. But like with every painting, you just have to know when to walk away when it feels good before overdoing it and changing how you feel about it again.so with that being said, I’m happy with how it came out and would love for a fan of Spider-Man or even my work to get it.I know times are tough and not everyone can afford art and oil paintings can be pretty expensive.. so I’d like to give everyone an equal opportunity to be able to have a chance at owning it and taking home a piece of personal nostalgia and enjoying a piece that I enjoyed painting.
