Meet the women behind Wedding Pro CEO!

aka: the team who’s going to give you the support you need to grow and scale your wedding business!

They didn’t get lucky.
They got clear.

These are real CEOs who stopped guessing…

built a strategy…

and scaled businesses that actually pay them.

No fluff.

No “hope this works.”

Just decisions, systems, and execution.

This is what happens when you stop operating like a wedding vendor…
and start thinking like a CEO.

And now?

It’s your turn. by @brandeegaar

Comment “CLOSE” and I’ll DM you the link to my FREE TRAINING on how to 2x your sales!

If you want to break past $100K, your sales process can’t be built on hope and vibes.

Here’s what actually works, and what we teach inside WPCEO:

1. Present the proposal on the call.
When you walk them through it live, they buy with clarity instead of disappearing into their inbox.

2. Put your pricing on your website.
Hiding your rates doesn’t make you luxury, it makes you frustrating. And making a client do a call to get numbers is a waste of everyone’s time.

3. Follow up like your business depends on it.
Because it does. A real sales system includes 7–10 follow-ups, not a single “just checking in” email.

4. Meet your leads where they are.
If they DM you, DM them back. If they text, text them back. High-intent leads don’t want to fight through your workflow to give you money.

When you ditch the hope-and-hustle approach and step into strategic selling, $100K becomes the floor. Not the ceiling.

What to do instead↓

1. Close them on the consult - the only way to make sure you don’t get ghosted is to leave the consult with payment and a signed contract.

2.Once again, why are we leaving the consult without a signed contract?

3. A DM is a lead - just message them back, ask a few questions, and book a consult.

The call itself usually goes fine. The part that trips most people up is the last two minutes.

That’s when a lot of wedding pros get quiet, soften their voice, and hand the decision back with “take your time.” It feels polite. It also leaves the couple alone with a choice you could have helped them make.

Try ending your next consult with a recommendation and a next step, said plainly.

Then stop talking and let them answer.

You’ll hear a yes, or you’ll hear what’s really in the way, like budget, timing, or a partner who wasn’t on the call. Either one is something you can work with while you’re still in the conversation. A proposal that sits in an inbox for a week gives you nothing to work with.

The photographer in this post made a few small changes like that in their first stretch inside WPCEO, and the answers got clearer right away.

I was fully booked in 2015, and I was also crying on my back porch.

From the outside it looked great. Multiple six figures and a calendar that kept filling. On the inside I was the one holding every piece together, and I couldn’t picture doing another season.

A full calendar shows that demand exists. Whether the business is healthy is a separate question, and these three checks help answer it:

You could step away for two weeks and nothing would stall.
You get paid what the role is worth, after the team and the expenses.
You’d take the same booking at the same price next year.

If any of those is a no, being booked out is covering up the problem.

If your calendar is full and you’re still exhausted, let’s look at where the business is leaking. Comment “CLOSE” to book a call with my team and let’s get started!

One of the most common misconceptions I see in the wedding industry is the thought that profit isn’t important in your wedding business.

It’s actually one of the most important parts of your business!

You started your wedding business to do something you love and to have all of the freedom you want to do it. But you can’t have freedom without profit.

This starts with knowing your numbers and understanding what is happening inside of your business. At Wedding Pro CEO, we help you do that.

Nothing is worse than being ghosted by a couple that you were dying to work with!

But life gets in the way and sometimes they simply can’t get back to you.

So you need to make booking with YOU the easiest process for them. And you do that by LEADING THEM to the sale!

I’m teaching exactly how to do this using the
ASSUME Method™ on November 3rd. Comment

There was a time when taking a vacation in October would have been completely out of the question.

October is busy season in my market.

Which meant my head was down, my calendar was packed, my phone was always in my hand, and I was just trying to make it to the other side.

Then I’d recover.

Then engagement season would hit.

Then booking season.

Then spring busy season.

Then fall busy season again.

And somehow, another year had passed.

For a long time, I thought that was just what it meant to own a successful wedding business.

But I didn’t start a business so every season of my life could belong to my clients.

So walking through Central Park in the middle of October feels…like freedom.

Because I built a business that doesn’t require me to personally carry every single piece of it anymore.

I built the team.
I built the systems.
I learned my numbers.
I stopped treating myself like the most overworked employee in the company and started operating like its CEO.

And THAT is the part of scaling nobody talks about enough.

More revenue is great.

But being able to look at the calendar and say, “Yeah, I can go,” during a month that used to own you?

That’s wealth, too.

If you’re reading this thinking, “Must be nice, but there’s no way I could leave my business during busy season”…

That’s exactly the problem we need to solve.

Your business should support your life.

Every inquiry in your inbox already cost you something. Maybe it was ad spend, or the hours you put into Instagram, or the time it took to write back a thoughtful reply at 9pm.

Before you add more to the top of the funnel, pull up your last 10 inquiries and sort them into three piles.

Booked.
Went quiet after the proposal.
Never got a real conversation at all.

I’d look at the second pile first. Those couples liked you enough to inquire, reply, and sit through a consult. The interest was already there, and the sale stalled somewhere between “this feels right” and “here’s the proposal.”

Your answer is probably in that pile before it’s anywhere else.

The wins on these slides came from the same place. Better conversations with the leads they already had, and a clear recommendation instead of a menu of options.

I’m teaching the full 5-part ASSUME Method™ live on November 3 at 2pm EST. Comment MASTERCLASS and I’ll send you the link to join.
