✨ I spent last week limiting my time on social media trying to see how many books I could read from Sunday to Saturday. I wrapped up Shadow & Storms and The Silversmith before I started then ended up reading 7 books! They all seemed fast paced to me, and I also stayed up way too late devouring some of these!

What’s your most recent favorite book?

✨ My ten before the end! I have been flying through my TBR this month, I cannot wait to get to these books! I spent last week trying to see how many books I could read with less time on social media and my brain definitely needed a few days before reading again. I’ll be sharing those books read in tomorrow’s post!

What book do you hope to get to before the end of the year? Are any of these on your list?

✨ BOOK MAIL ✨

Thank you so much for sending this pr package @madelinejameswrites!! Everything is gorgeous. I am so intrigued by the world building and originality of this story. There’s a slow burn romance between guardian x solider, great mental health/trauma representation, dangerous beasts, magical blacksmithing, and it’s a dark military fantasy romance duology. I can’t wait to see how the story continues. I love Iryana, she’s a badass warrior with struggles and does everything she can to protect her family. And I love Pyetar!! There’s so much tension and yearning between the two.

Because the Beasts Came is available now! Book two, Because the Gods Left is coming October 15, 2026!
