Jake,
Ever since we got close we’ve had a friendship that has and will forever mean the world to me. You would be there for me through anything and always ask how I was doing and how life was. You were so excited for us to study abroad this summer and take on Rome with the boys. I can’t even begin to process the fact that you won’t be with us. You were truly one in a billion and you will forever have a place in my heart.
I’m late to add more to this part, it’s been very hard to find all the right things to say. Jake, it still really doesn’t feel real, I’m so used to you texting me “yo” every couple of hours. You’d never fail to light up a room, and were such a selfless, caring and beautiful soul. Over the summer you’d force us all to go on “Hot Boy Walks” and that if we didn’t go then we were no longer friends lol. Any idea you had, you made sure to share with all of us and act on it right away, whether it was the pool, a house, or literally any other random thing you would come up with. This summer, along with the rest of my life, is going to be hard without you, but I know we need to make you proud. You’re my brother for life Jake, watch over all the boys for us. I’ll miss you every day. Love you forever bro, until we meet again.❤️ by @brandohaley_
