Officially a published photographer 🤯 My work is on the June cover of @southtampacitylifestyle and I genuinely cannot believe it!! Loved this shoot at @themotorenclave capturing some of the outstanding gentleman influencing Tampa through Leadership & Legacy! From the moment @bethanynorman_ shared her vision for this publication, I knew I wanted to be part of it. Brandwell exists to bring visual identities to life and this is that mission in print form, celebrating the businesses and people that make Tampa so special 📸 A year ago I was questioning everything about starting this business. Florida has a LOT of secrets… and these two are spilling them. 👀🌴 So excited to celebrate Tampa Bay authors Alexia Gonzalez and JoAnn Hill on the release of Secret Florida: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful, and Obscure! This is a book uncovering the strange, fascinating, and often-overlooked stories hiding throughout the Sunshine State. From haunted hotels and quirky roadside attractions to underwater cemeteries and Cold War secrets, @secretfloridabook is basically an invitation to look at the state a little differently. And I’m especially excited that I got to create the author portraits for this one. It feels extra symbolic that my 100th post is also my 1-year anniversary post. 🥹 buckle up for this heartfelt thank you caption!!! I’ve been spending this week reflecting on everything Brandwell Studios has become over the last year, and honestly don’t think I can fully grasp the journey yet. Best of the Bay nomination. Two published magazine covers. Product launches. Rebrands. Brand campaigns. 3 fashion shows. So many opportunities to create, collaborate, + put my creativity out into the world. What started as a loose vision + mainly headshots has turned into a full brand media agency and a business that looks so different from what I imagined when I started. This year has brought me some incredibly fun projects, amazing clients who trusted me with their brands, collaborations that have allowed me to contribute to the Tampa Bay community, and opportunities I never could have planned for. But more than anything, it’s given me people. People who have hired me, referred me, collaborated with me, encouraged me, shared my work, connected me to opportunities, cheered me on, or simply followed along. Whether you’ve worked with me, connected with me, or have just been here watching Brandwell grow, thank you. Truly. I wouldn’t be here without the people who have supported this little dream in so many different ways. One year in. 100 posts. And somehow, we’re just getting started. I can’t wait to see what the next year has in store.
