✨ TODAY I CELEBRATE ME! ✨🐝💛

Today marks ONE YEAR of my journey with OLG/MTS Physical Therapy & Wellness as a Licensed Massage Therapist! 🙌🏽

This year came with uncomfortable moves, uncertainty, growing pains, and moments when I had to simply step out on faith and trust where my passion was leading me.

And look where it led me. 💛

Over this past year, I’ve grown tremendously in my skills, my confidence, and my purpose. I’ve had the privilege of impacting so many lives—not only with my hands, but with my heart, compassion, intention, and presence.

Every client has taught me something. Every challenge stretched me. Every uncomfortable move pushed me a little closer to the woman and therapist I was becoming.

And today, I can say it out loud:

I AM PROUD OF ME. 🥹👏🏽

I’m proud that I took the chance.
I’m proud that I followed my passion.
I’m proud that I kept going even when I wasn’t sure what was next.
And most of all, I’m proud that I believed in myself enough to simply be “Brandy.”

No pretending. No shrinking. No trying to fit into someone else’s version of success.

Just Brandy—using the gifts God gave me, loving people, healing through intentional touch, and continuing to grow along the way.

Happy 1-Year Anniversary to me! 🥂🐝
Here’s to the lives touched, the lessons learned, the faith that carried me, and everything still ahead.

One year down… and I’m just getting started. 💛✨

Niecy girllllllll, RaRa got his own snowballs guh at Carencro fair!!! And to top off the blessing, they free!!!!!! Baby, like you always say… “look at God”!!!!! I got one for me and one for you my love!!! I miss you so much in everything I do….. ohhhhh but I feel u strong Denise Alexander….. Tugga, nanny was crying and laughing at the same time cause when the kind lady said they were free, I said to myself, Niecy calm down now lol, we RaRa nieces we have to behave!!! I cud see her and them snowballs lol thanks Creole Flavor by @brandy2kylan

I wake this morning with you heavy on my mind. The silence feels numbing because that was never the case when you were around, lol. ❤️

As we get closer to the day we lay you to rest, my heart gently softens as our final farewell nears. I am not okay, but I am at peace with your transition. You suffered for far too long, and while you were here, I gave you all the love and care I had to give.

I’m going to miss our sleepovers and late-night snowball runs… rubbing your tummy during those painful flare-ups… singing and dancing together just because we could… and our “shopping sprees” through Costco and Sam’s, lol.

And your laughter… I can hear it so loudly now.

Our “remember when” stories will never run out. We made enough memories to keep you alive in every laugh, every story, every song, and every moment that makes me think of you.

Thank you for the memories.
Thank you for the laughter.
Thank you for the love.
And thank you for allowing me to be there—to love you, care for you, and stand beside you through it all.

Some moments don’t need words… but I’ll try anyway 🤍

Today, my sweet godson curled up into me like he just knew… like he could feel my energy and understood that nanny needed a little extra love. And just like that, he gave me exactly what I didn’t even know I needed — quiet, warm, healing snuggle time.

It’s amazing how babies sense things without a single word. No explanations, no questions… just pure connection.

In his tiny arms, I found peace. In his presence, I felt grounded again.

Sometimes love looks like this — soft, simple, and right on time 💫

Y’all… I really did it. 🥹✨

I accomplished a goal I set for myself—the first thing I’ve ever truly done just for me. My choices. My effort. My determination. My will not just to live, but to live better and more intentionally.

What makes this moment so special isn’t just the number on the scale—it’s the work, the discipline, the setbacks, and the growth it took to get here. Seeing those numbers drop was just confirmation of everything I’ve been pouring into myself.

This bariatric journey is no joke. It comes with challenges, temptations (especially living where food is EVERYTHING), moments of doubt, constant realignment, and a whole lot of self-talk and mindfulness. But through it all, I held on to one thing—the desire to truly live and to live boldly.

Looking back at old pictures brings me to tears, because I remember how I felt inside. The pain in my body, the emotional lows, the way I showed up for work but felt empty in my personal life. My health was hanging by a thread, and no matter how hard I tried, nothing seemed to stick.

This journey changed my life—for real. I’m beyond grateful for the team at OLG who helped prepare me mentally before the procedure. That part made all the difference. It helped me understand that this wasn’t just about surgery—it was about the life after.

And today… I celebrate ME. 💛

130 pounds down, baby—and I’m loving every inch of who I’m becoming.

God don’t play about Me… & Kylan Williams dont play about his momma!!✨

The beauty of my reflection, is more than just a still capture…It a reminder of my soul radiating grace, humility, confidence, and faith. My journey is far from easy, it’s a day to day struggle for me to choose happiness, but every day is another chance to receive God’s mercy and guidance. So, I stand boldly in who I am and what I am called to do, accepting all my faults and shortcomings, yet improving myself daily with each breath. To be an example, is to 🐝 “the” example. Follow the instructions and lead from the front.

Thank You, Father, for creating me in Your image and gifting me with such a divine purpose, to simply love. Thank You for allowing everyone who is graced by my presence, to feel Your intentional love through me.

Use me, Lord—I stand firmly in Your will. 🙏🏽
