Another tiny Hieronymus Bosch using up my little panels. This is 2”x3”. So all those little naked people are ridiculously small and were quite challenging. I don’t have good tiny brushes to pull off things like this easily. 🙄

Maybe finished 🤔. 12”x14”. I always struggle naming still lifes with many objects. I often pick two items like ‘chef with rolls’ and then end up feeling sorry for everyone else. 🙄 by @brandyagun

@jefffpeters at the Seattle Art Fair was among my favorite works. Shown by the @hallspassov gallery. The entire exhibit complete with cake was wonderful and whimsical.

Another Hieronymus Bosch study. 2” x 3”. I don’t know how big the actual characters are in his paintings, but they have a ridiculous amount of detail for this size. And the tiny little expressions he made are hysterical. I watched a documentary claiming he was seriously religious and his paintings were all about the state of people and their final destination, but the man had a wicked sense of humor. I think he was like one of those kids that doodled all over his notebook and drew on the bathroom doors.

In the cracks of time I’m doing some silly things on tiny little scraps of board leftover from my larger pieces. I just can’t get myself to throw them away. This is one of those Hieronymus Bosch characters that I’m fascinated by.
