This one is more than just a painting on a canvas.
Around Christmas @elisetrautman asked me for a picture of me on my motorcycle for “inspiration” and I had no idea what she was really planning with it.
Fast forward to her first art exhibit of the year, she didn’t just paint a motorcycle, she painted me doing something I love.
Riding has brought me a lot of great memories and some lifelong friends along the way. Seeing all of that turned into a painting was pretty special. She took something I’m passionate about and made it into something I’ll always be able to keep. Her talent is unreal. Follow her to see what she’s creating next, or better yet.. have her bring something to life for you. @shopbethereal

Scott and Ryan really outdid themselves putting together this year’s FXR Tour. You can tell how much time, effort, and planning went into making this thing come together. Getting that many people together from all over the United States, putting miles down, hanging out at the hotels, and bringing everyone together over a shared passion for motorcycles is something pretty special. Hats off to both of them for putting on one hell of a weekend. Words can’t really express how how credit these guys deserve.

I personally knocked out 633 miles, crossed into Louisiana on a bike for the first time, and the bike ran like a champ the entire trip.

It was awesome seeing all the builders and the work they’ve put into their bikes, along with finally meeting a bunch of people I’ve only ever seen or talked to on Instagram. That’s what makes trips like this worth it. The bikes bring everybody together, but the people make the experience.

Huge thanks again to Scott and Ryan with @fxrtour_official for everything they did to make this year’s tour happen. Already looking forward to the next one.

Now it’s time for a 3-hole change and to wash 633 miles worth of bugs off the bike.
