I have been doing this social media thing for a minute now. This Reel example came up the day after my mother's death anniversary. My mom has been gone for ten years. However, I still believe she is with me spiritually. She is still the first person I tell about my accomplishments. She is the person who created the name of my business, #PRbyBR. To lead a whole new team and win an award on your first campaign with a new ad Agency is mind-blowing 🤯 😳 👏. Mommy never liked her children being sad about her leaving Earth. So, in TRUE Florence fashion, she sends me a message that says girl, you better celebrate this win and not be sad about me. P.S. I do get it from Mama! by @branredick

My daughter had the opportunity to participate in @la28games sports camp and received a medal for showcasing leadership. They also gave every kid a pair of comfortable Nike shoes. Keep shining, lil lady. Mom loves you. by @branredick

Coach Monica has transformed my body!! But more importantly, she has indirectly encouraged me to train my legs....I mean look at her legs!! I have bad knees. When I started working out with her, I couldn't jump or do a lunge. Today, I can do jumping jacks and walking lunges with light weights, and I am looking forward to hopefully squatting again. She has strengthened the muscles around my knee. A couple of weeks ago I jumped rope without any pain!Lastly, she has never forced me to try things. I told her I could not do specific exercises and she would offer modifications. The cool thing is I tried to do a walking lunge and was shocked I could, so I kept going. by @branredick
