Our full-of-life little girl is FIVE 🥹 It was hard to hold back the tears while making this one. Partly because she’s our little caboose, but mostly because she brings so much light, laughter, and JOY to our family. To know her is to love her.

Her daily one-liners, her big-eyed, full-toothed smile, and her run-at-you-full-speed hugs will never get old. She’s independent, artistic, STRONG, spunky, and loving. She’s obsessed with everything rainbow and unicorns 🦄🌈 and still carries a stuffy with her wherever she goes.

She’s truly one of a kind, and I’m beyond grateful to be her mama. We love you MORE, Emmē Clem 🍊 by @bransonh

Caught in the act 🤣 Apparently a little game of “pause” and “unpause” was happening every night after we put the kids to bed.

Hal’s wish list for New York was to eat a bagel, shop, go to a broadway and see the Statue of Liberty. Success! Even with a 6 hour delay (which called for a red eye flight which we were not prepared for 🫠) Hal was in the best spirits and went with the flow! It was HOT and smelled like weed EVERYWHERE 😅 but we had the besssst time with our girl checking off those bucket-list items. So grateful for these memories we will all cherish forever 🫶🏼 taken in New York City by @bransonh

If you know me, you know there is literally one person in this world I would make a reel for. This is the song we danced to 15 years ago at our wedding. This reel was done with love for the girl I love the most. Here are 15 things I love about Shelly!

1. I love that my kids get to have her as a mother. Positive, loving and kind. Nothing comes before them. She’s so selfless.
2. She always has my back and goes full mama bear if someone comes at me.
3. She never has a hidden agenda or manipulates a situation. What you see is what you get. No drama. This is HUGE
4. Never not down for a trip somewhere.
5. Her smile and laugh. my proudest moments are when I can make her laugh uncontrollably. Like she losing all control 🤪
6. I can trust her instincts. Her bs meter is on point.
7. She’s always down for games. Even if things are getting crazy and it’s past 8pm.
8. She always falls asleep to a show or in the car. I ReAlLY LoVe ThIs 🤪
9. Makes me feel like there is nobody better than me.
10. She cleans up after me, sometimes too quickly. It’s her biggest flaw (IYKYK) haha.
11. Never takes the easy road even if i wish she would sometimes. For example, the kids get free lunch at school yet she still wants to pack them something healthy. Or how she gets a headache she doesn’t want to take an Advil/Tylenol.
12. She has me come into the dressing room to give my opinion on new clothes.
13. Her nose is unbelievably good which I actually don’t love but whatever. She can smell my 💨 before it even happens.
14. I love the pictures I get from her right after she gets her hair done 💇‍♀️
15. She takes ownership. If she’s wrong she’ll admit and apologize. Problem is she’s not wrong often enough.

Said goodbye to the place we called home for 10 years. The place where Quinn & Emmē came earth side. The place we grew, cried, laughed & loved. Our place of comfort & refuge. Such a bittersweet goodbye. This house will always hold a special place in our hearts 🫶🏼

Our last night before closing we hung out in the backyard by the fire and had s’mores. We reminisced on all the good times which brought on some serious sobs from the kiddos. It was heartbreaking, if I’m being honest. Before leaving the kids did one last bull riding session with dad in their go to spot. We said one last family hug prayer and gave thanks for the unforgettable memories we were blessed with there, and for a new, beautiful place that we now call home. Onward & upward 💫 by @bransonh

SpRiNg BrEaK ☀️
We were throwing around ideas of where to go for weeks but never nailed anything down. Then we decided on the lake, but the weather was not on our side. Last minute we made the decision to road trip up the coast! 🛻 We literally got in the car one morning with nothing booked and planned it all out on the way! Carpenteria, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Carmel & Monterey. SO MUCH BEAUTY! And lots of 🍦 A week to remember for sure.
