I wanted to share something special 🤍 This new adventure has been on my vision board for a while, and this year it’s finally come to life.

Those who know me know how deeply I value movement and honoring my body. Pilates has been more than just that, it’s been a promise to myself and a space where I feel challenged, grounded, and strong, both physically and mentally. Getting certified feels surreal and perfectly aligned with the woman I’m becoming.

I’m so excited to step into this new chapter and share that energy with you. I hope to see both new and familiar faces on the mat 🤍 I’ll be posting my class schedule soon. I can’t wait to move and grow together.

Thank you for supporting me in every season ✨ by @brasababy
