A taste of Chicago, with an unexpected twist at @wachicago. 🌭🍹

Start with The Chicago Dog from @brasstackchicago, a Sabrett all-beef footlong loaded with white onion, pickle relish, tomato, mustard and ketchup.

Then pair it with the No. 5 from @bernardschicago, a vibrant cocktail blending Ketel One Citroen, yuzu, jasmine tea, butterfly pea syrup and rose water.

A closer look at one of the standouts on our lunch and dinner menus: Loch Duart Scottish Salmon. Socca cake, summer squash salad, cipollini and dijon emulsion, and crispy capers create a dish that feels refined yet effortlessly satisfying.
