𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐱𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐤 - 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫, 𝐃𝐞𝐮𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐤

Braxton’s numbers took off this fall, but his bench press improvement was on another level.
+35 pounds in 12 weeks.

He made progress everywhere: stronger positions, cleaner reps, better power output, and a consistency that showed up across every lift and drill. The bench was just the biggest number on a long list of gains.

What’s been most impressive is how he’s approached the work - steady, focused, no shortcuts. Just growth.

This was a big fall for him, but it’s about to be an even bigger winter on the court. by @braxtonbednarek
