the card counter
in theaters now
feel very fortunate to produce another film for the captain paul schrader - we’ve had many projects over the years and when he sent me a draft of card counter i knew it was going to be another existential banger 🎥 ⚡️. cc the latest contribution to his god’s lonely man corpus. we were able to surmount many obstacles including a covid shut down (and classic schrader facebook post) and fleeing our mississippi casino, hiring an epidemiologist to consult on how to resume safely months later and all the challenges indie filmmaking present. we had an amazing cast, crew, partners on the film. thanks to everyone who helped along the way and reached out and look forward to the reactions to come. schrader4ever 🙏 by @braxtonpope
