Our lagers are an ode to their ingredients.🌾Munich, Pilsner and Vienna malts, made the traditional way in the fairy-tale town of Bamberg by one of Bavaria’s original maltsters, then milled at our own farm to guarantee absolute freshness.🌱 Traditional noble hop varieties grown on a small-scale in Tettnang, a tiny terroir blessed by a benevolent micro-climate between the Allgäu mountains and the shores of Lake Konstanz.🔬Our unique, magical yeast strain stemming from an original Bavarian lineage dating back centuries.⏳️But the most important ingredient is the one most commercial brewers leave out: time.
