I was invited to teach my Holistic Dance Class tonight @g20youthproject and these warrior ladies were in for a surprise!!🤣✨️🌻✨️💯❤️ I have been teaching since I was 17, im 47 now but always feels so natural & flows so completly electrifying! My mission has always been to move, positively electrify, heal, guide, awaken all those who come in close contact with me, and there is no better medium to achieve that than through dance!! Emotional baggage is firstly and primarily stored in our bodies consequently causing stress, damage, breakdown, blockages, sickness, etc. Dancing is the perfect way to heal those roots! For real healing one must understand all the levels and layers that make us. The process is complex and well integrated, but dancing is a GREAT start! Dance can awaken, and that positive charge strengthen, so that slowly but surely one finds a deeper connection, a meangning, the power for self-respect, self-love and consequently love & respect for all life, to make better decisions, become more conscious.

Im forever gratefull to my good old friend Val, my longest running dance student, who started coming to my first classes back in 1997 in the west end, for organising this unique professional and sacred opportunity tonight for me to deliver what Im best at and dedicated a lifetime to💯❤️🌟🙏🏾

The ladies were all lovely and the hightened emotional vibe which went from way up at the beginning to deeply moving at the end during my meditation part proved to me that my methodology continues to work wonders. I feel very honoured, blessed and thankful.
