Would never guess that I’d wake up one day with a white spot on my leg that would turn into about 75% of my body over the course of 4 years. Seeing your appearance change in the mirror from day to day, month to month, and it all be out of your control isn’t for the weak of heart.

I’ve gone through multiple stages. It’s something you would not understand the magnitude of unless experiencing it yourself. Yet- I’ve gained an even deeper sense of acceptance, self love, and courage.

Dealing with this autoimmune condition has also been especially hard due to it being rare and affecting such a small percentage of the population. So I’m so happy that there is now a #WorldVitiligoDay and #VitiligoAwarenessMonth

We out here!
Still outside, still living life, still shining. ✨💫

Who’s going to show up better for you than you? 💪🏽
15lbs down & kept off since joining my favorite gym @burnbootcampsteelecreeknc & also scored top 3 in their 2026 Level Up Games competition.
Stronger not only on the outside, but inside as well.

Same me, just stronger 💪
I don’t crash diet or super restrict myself. I still enjoy life and cut up every now and then, but one thing I don’t bend on is missing a workout.
Consistency has no choice but to yield results.
