We want a good time for a long time, so we gotta stay injury free to lvl up gracefully…But unfortunately things such as injury comes with the territory if you’re not good at listening to your body.

Would you choose to help someone else with your last $500… or invest it into yourself?

Sometimes, choosing yourself first can feel selfish. But what if that investment is what gives you the capacity to give more later?

You can’t keep giving away bricks from a house you haven’t finished building.

Invest in yourself. Build yourself. Become more.

I AM THE INVESTMENT. 🧱

What would you choose? 👇🏽
