POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Mark your calendars for our upcoming B🤎Femme meet ups and events!

Thanks to our sponsors @rainbow_children_dance , @moverevolution2 , and @phazeiiworldwide1982 we will have more consistent meet up opportunities! We will also host a very special event in November called "Triple Threat" that is sponsored by the @rainbow_children_dance micro grant!

As the B🤎Femme project evolves, we will begin to raise funds and resources to continue hosting regular meet ups as well as special events for the community. You can also support the growth of B🤎Femme by donating extra funds at events or through digital wallet, checking our wish list (currently pending), sharing our posts, coming to a meet up & / bring a friend! For this, we will be testing out an event series called "Street Cred" stay tuned for details!

First B🤎FEMME sesh was great! We had a structured cypher practicing variations of one my mentors favorite moves, the Brooklyn Rock as well as building creative go downs from that move. We also had some free time to practice other moves and get to know each other 🥰 what a special time. This was made possible thanks to my sponsor @rainbow_children_dance 💕 . Stay on the look out for the next session on may 24th as well as 3 pop up workshops led by local breaking femmes!
Thank you to everyone that came by, we couldn’t have done this without you 💛🧡🤎

📹 @karenkrose

EDIT!!: NEXT SESH IS MAY 24TH NOT THE 31ST!

Hi Y’all!
I am excited to announce that I will be hosting open sessions regularly on the last Sunday of every month thanks to my sponsorship with @rainbow_children_dance !
This is focused on embracing women and feminine energy, it is open to anyone who feels like they can resonate with this vibe!

Thankful for @rhythmhoodsnipesstudio for providing breaking classes, for @bboywicked , @ayalaphaze2 , & @phazeiiworldwide1982 for training me in breaking and sharing their wisdom, for my rhythmhood bgirlies & femmes who have come out to meet up with me and support me in making our meet ups public, and to the community who has shown me love and acceptance to share our movement with each other! As well as @emceemonte and @jedi_dc for believing in my vision! And @steadfastdancecenter for sharing their space!

This is the beginning of something new and I can’t wait to nurture its growth.
Please share if you care & join our discord chat for more updates and to connect with other breaking femmes!

FIRST SESSION IS APRIL 26TH
