1. Aim for the Easiest Chip, Not the Closest

Stop firing at tucked pins.
Secret: Pick the landing spot that gives you the largest margin for error, even if it finishes 8–12 feet away. Stress-free pars beat hero shots every time.

Quick win: Favor uphill chips and putts whenever possible.

2. Master ONE Go-To Chipping Shot

Elite amateurs rely on one stock shot around the green (usually a bump-and-run with a PW or 9-iron).

Key setup:
• Ball back
• Hands slightly forward
• Narrow stance
• Chest-driven stroke (no wrist flip)

Consistency > creativity.

3. Control Distance, Not Line, on Long Putts

Inside 6 feet is about aim. Outside 20 feet is about speed.

Secret drill:
Putt to the fringe, not the hole. If you roll it within 3 feet past or short, you’re winning.

Rule: Never leave a lag putt short—gravity helps downhill, not uphill.

Great golf ball for even better price. The @snellgolf MTB Black LTD golf ball has really good greenside spin and also great distance off the tee. Very comparable to the Prov1 but half the cost!
