Husbands turn to join me for a work out— who’s next ? 🙋🏼‍♀️ by @breanadelorenzo

Nash was so excited he didn’t even want to take a picture with mama. by @breanadelorenzo

“Apple Juice” Crue referring to the color of the water 😂 Tyler and I had very—very low expectations for our outing today but it was 10/10 sweet summer day. by @breanadelorenzo

Putting my mom muscles to good use 😂 honestly so fun Nash is at the age he wants to do silly stuff like this with me. Little brother didn’t want to celebrate with us lol by @breanadelorenzo

I almost didn’t post these videos from the other day because I wasn’t loving the way my body looked. 🙄 I made it to @f45_training_stphilips today, even though I wasn’t really feeling a Sunday morning workout.
I was partnered with another woman, and halfway through class we were laughing because neither of us could remember which station we were supposed to be at. She took a moment to stop and say “You’re so strong.” I misheard her and thought she said, “We’re so strong!” So obviously I replied “Yes, we are!” 🤣
But then she followed up with, “you’re my inspiration.”
It got me thinking. I’ve spent so much time focusing on how far I still have to go that I forget how far I’ve already come.
The last few years have been hard. Tough pregnancies, postpartum challenges, weird nerve issues, and even a diagnosis of arthritis in my knee. There was a point where I genuinely wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to do a lunge again. Now I’m regularly moving. I’m getting stronger. I’m mostly pain-free, and my body lets me do things I once thought I’d lost.
I’m still not where I want to be, but that comment reminded me that progress isn’t only measured by how we look or how much we lift. Sometimes it’s just about continuing to show up. You never know who might be watching and thinking, “If she can keep going, maybe I can too.”
So here’s your reminder. and mine. Keep showing up. by @breanadelorenzo

Mom and Nash 🤝🏼 by @breanadelorenzo

2000s me is thriving. 🦋✨ Went to see @hilaryduff last night on a whim and honestly didn’t have a ton of expectations. She was so good, and it was way more nostalgic than I expected. Seeing her through my grown-up lens now that I’m a mom and she’s a mom, was pretty cool too. Millennial moms rule. by @breanadelorenzo

Had the best Güerita time in Puerto Vallarta celebrating the bride to be @lauren_laszczak!
I got to meet some great girls, had some wonderful food and fun, and had 1 million belly laughs. It was hot and humid a little nerve wracking traveling solo without my babies but the I’d do it it all over again for you @lauren_laszczak ! by @breanadelorenzo
