Australian band @breathe.team selected a photograph from their Kyiv concert as the cover of their second album. The band announced the decision on Instagram on August 7.

The songs featured on the upcoming album are intended to evoke emotions, reflect on what it means to be human, and explore how people can reconnect with one another when the world sometimes feels like it’s falling apart. by @breathe.team

Kyiv, the last 24 hours has brought us closer to you in ways we didn’t expected. From sheltering together to playing a show we’ll never forget.

We love you and we’ll see you again soon.

Introducing to you all our album 2 artwork.

This photograph was taken in Kyiv, Ukraine during one of the most emotional moments we’ve ever experienced on stage.

To us, this photo perfectly captures what album 2 has become. We see so much humanity, hope, sadness, strength and love on her face.

These new songs aim to tap us all into feeling. They’re about being human. About finding connection to each other when the world sometimes feels like it’s falling apart.

We wanted this album cover to be a reminder that behind every headline, every post, every statistic, there is a person who feels as deeply as we do.

Thank you to @svit.annya for unknowingly giving this album its face. And to @tania.horbatiuk for capturing this moment so perfectly.

And thank you to every single one of you who continues to find pieces of yourselves in our music. The fact that songs can connect complete strangers from opposite sides of the world, will never stop amazing us.
We love you. Album 2 is coming. by @breathe.team

“We felt so loved. And the message is simple: We stand by you.”

Australian band breathe. (@breathe.team) broke their tour hiatus to play their only 2 concerts of the year in Ukraine, donating all the proceeds to Ukrainian air defense and child welfare.

The group traveled for 50 hours to perform in Lviv and at Atlas Festival in Kyiv. Both the band members and the crowd were moved to tears by the performances.

Thank you Sean, Andrew and Dylan for using your music as a platform to stand with Ukraine! Your Ukrainian fans will never forget your act of solidarity. by @breathe.team

We saw all of your caring check in messages over night after our first night in Kyiv. The attacks on your city were very intense but our one night is nothing compared to your 5 years of sleepless nights from the invasion. The show at @atlasweekend is going today and we are beyond ready for you. Let’s goo. Slava Ukraini by @breathe.team

Our journey has begun.

After a 30-hour trip to get here. We’ve arrived in Warsaw and are taking a few quiet days to reset, record some new music, and prepare for the road into Ukraine.

Shout out to our Polish friends - we always feel the love here. We’ll be back for you properly early next year. taken in Warsaw, Poland by @breathe.team
