Making sweet little memories, one pumpkin at a time. 🍂

We took Mina to her very first pumpkin patch at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, and it was the perfect first experience!

Admission was FREE, you only pay for the pumpkins you purchase! The patch was spacious, had so many cute photo opportunities, and was perfect for capturing those sweet fall memories.

Slowly getting back into the swing of things. ✨

From hot Pilates to mommy duties, meal prepping, and an 8-hour shift… we’re making it happen!

Still figuring out what my fitness routine will look like, but one thing I’m learning is to give myself grace, especially after my C-section. Some days are productive, some days are survival mode, and both are okay.

Here’s to finding a routine that works for this season of life. 🫶🏾

Girls’ night out, but make it pottery! ✨

Because sometimes you need to switch things up from the usual dinner & drinks!

This was my first pottery class, and between the laughs, questionable pottery skills, and amazing instructor, we had the BEST time!

Shoutout to @bellyfirenola for such a fun, beginner-friendly experience! We’ll definitely be back to paint our little masterpieces. 🤭

First workout class postpartum 🥹✨

I was SO nervous going into this heated mat Pilates class at Studio Trilogy, but it was hard in the best way. I definitely struggled a few times and was sore for the next two days, but I felt amazing afterward.

As a C-section mama, I’m still learning my body again and working on rebuilding my core + getting stronger, especially around my belly. I’ve been sticking to my walks + weighted vest, but I’d really love to add more workouts like this into my routine.

Part two: the first birthday photoshoot that humbled me 🥹

The cake flipped, Mina said absolutely not to pictures, and somehow she was perfectly happy the second we got home. 😭 At least we got ONE good photo and mama got a cocktail by the end of the day. 😂

staycation day one: pool day ☀️

No itinerary, no rushing… just enjoying a slow day at the pool. Good food, a few drinks, a little swimming, and weather that was too good not to soak up.

We spent the day at the Garden District Hotel and I seriously love it here. Sometimes a little reset close to home is all you need. ✨

Spend the evening with me 🧚🏾‍♀️

Bath, bottle & cuddles with my girl, then straight into my little closing shift once she’s down for the night. Cleaning up dinner, resetting the toys, getting the house back together & cooking tomorrow’s dinner because future me had a LONG shift ahead.

And yes… the taste test at the end confirmed it was absolutely worth it. 🤌🏽
