34 feels like: Slow days. Hard work. Sooo many tears. Joy and richness and all the in-between stuff and big hope and wondering if you’re even making it but look how far you’ve come and you have amazing friends and family and God is incredible and keeps blowing my mind. But maybe that’s changing 🎯 debt free in 2027 🏋️‍♀️ Never thought I’d find a gym I actually like but here we are 🦴 the last 90 days have given me more reason than ever to keep training in and become a craniosacral therapist to help people heal their bones, bodies, nervous systems and faces and If I ever become a doctor, I think I’d choose to be an osteopath. 🫁 still mad passionate about giving people a fully functional breath. 💯recommend singing at the top of your lungs under a public bridge to get over your fears and out of your head. It really is magical especially with all the birds flying past your face and random 💩 falling out of the sky ✨mantra for my season. Things I’m grateful for✨ Sunlight and spring. the CA coastline, Being able to release, strengthen, and be present in my body. Every joint, movement, arch, breath, and fascial line. Progress is a beautiful thing. Old fashioned modern cook books that honor simplicity, cultivating with your hands, tending a garden and loving the earth. Resurrection Day, April 5th this year. So beautifully fitting. I still have my music box my dad gave me with our song, even though it’s missing pieces now. And the calendar tear out that I saved from his last birthday earth-side, when none of us knew anything except for celebrating that his cancer was eradicated. Then, he needed new lungs. So we prayed for them. And he got them. Even in loss. I got to see his new lungs and hug him in heaven, in a dream, 3 days after his homecoming. I SAW it. Felt it. Experienced an infinitely micro fraction of what’s coming. Heaven is so so real. It’s more real than here. Here’s the stunning truth. We are eternal. All of this is temporary because of what Jesus went through. Because he bore our humanity. Death was never meant for us. cannot have us, hold us, or take us, because He chose us. Death doesn’t stand a chance… when we choose Him back. Jesus is King. And because of Him, we have the Living God. The Father of Lights, who is with us, for us, around us, within us, sealing our hearts to His. Grafted us in. He is the greatest Father anyone could ever ask for, and I am so deeply, deeply thankful that I got to have one who emanates Him. Happy Birthday daddy🕊️💕 by @breeanne.co
