There are far too many memories to fit into one reel, and only 90 seconds of a song could never come close to capturing the life, love, and comfort you gave us. 🤍 Ollie, you were the coziest, cuddliest, sweetest boy and truly the best unexpected emotional support animal we could have ever asked for. You weren’t just our cat. You were family, our baby, and there will forever be a void in our home and in our hearts where you belong. No animal could ever replace you. You were quite literally the coolest cat to ever live. The absolute best with the baby, endlessly patient and gentle. You would let him pull you around the house by your tail, and somehow you’d just turn around with the most gentle kisses afterward. You couldn’t help but clean all of your animal brothers ears, we are convinced you thought you were a dog all along.🥺 That was you. So loving, so easygoing, and so unbelievably special. As heartbroken as we are here Earthside, there is a little comfort in knowing you’re finally in Heaven with your soulmate, Lambo. 🤍 I can only imagine how excited he was to see you. I’m sure he tackled you the second you arrived, and you two are together again like you were always supposed to be. We were so lucky to have you, even though the time we got with you never could have been long enough. We miss you more than words can say already. Heaven is so lucky to have you, just as we were so incredibly lucky to have you here. We will leave the sink running incase you are thirsty when you drop in from heaven. Nothing sweeter than baking with my little sous chef 🤎🍌🍫 Today we made Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread and when I tell you… the brown butter makes ALL the difference 🤤 Soft, gooey, naturally gluten-free, and made with better-for-you ingredients. SAVE this one because you’re going to want to make it! 👇🏼 BROWN BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD 🍌🍫 Ingredients: • ½ cup salted butter • 1 cup ripe banana, mashed • ½ cup coconut sugar • 2 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup almond flour • 3 tbsp coconut flour • 1 tsp baking powder • ⅛ tsp salt • ¾ cup refined sugar-free chocolate chips • Flaky sea salt for the top ✨ Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. 2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until bubbling, golden brown and nutty smelling, about 4–6 minutes. Let cool for 2–3 minutes. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. 4. While the brown butter is still slightly warm, whisk it together with the coconut sugar until smooth. Add mashed banana, eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined. 5. Fold in the dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into your baking dish and add a few extra chocolate chips on top because obviously. Sprinkle with sea salt. 6. Bake on the top third rack for 25–30 minutes at 350°F. And try not to eat half the pan while it’s still warm. Thank you, Jesus, for giving us the opportunity to hopefully grow our family while navigating secondary infertility. 🤍🙏🏼 As much as I hate needles (and pain 😂), I know every poke, bruise, appointment, blood draw, and injection will be so worth it. Now that the hardest part is behind me, I almost don’t even remember how much I hated the last few weeks… just a few bruises left to remind me.🥹 I’m feeling so hopeful and excited to see where this journey takes us and what the end result will be. 🤍 And I truly cannot say enough good things about @palmbeachfertilitycenter . I’ve been dealing with infertility since before Legend was born and have worked with other fertility clinics along the way, but this experience has been completely different. They have absolutely blown every other experience out of the water. I drive an hour each way for my blood draws, ultrasounds, appointments, and treatments, and I would do it over and over again for as many more babies as God has planned for us. 🥹🤍 The entire team at Palm Beach Fertility Center holds your hand through every step of such an emotional process. They’re personable, compassionate, and make you feel genuinely cared for, never like you’re just a number. If you’re going through infertility and looking for an incredible fertility team to walk alongside you during such a vulnerable time, I could not recommend them more. 🤍 Retrieval day… here we go. 🙏🏼🥚✨ taken in Boca Raton, Florida by @breehopp
