Reflecting on last week at the @sydneyoperahouse

I know I can say on behalf of the band we feel very honoured to be part of the @spunkrecs family. All those years ago, Aaron found us and essentially changed our lives forever.
It’s been amazing seeing Aaron’s legacy and how many other musicians lives Spunk has also changed over the years. I don’t know if our band would had made it in this current world.

It was a huge honour to be asked by Aaron to be one of the bands to perform at Spunks 25 year anniversary and farewell at Vivid live at the Opera house last weekend. It was two magical shows that we’ll remember forever. A bitter sweet goodbye.

Thank you Aaron for everything you have done for our band 🙏 Our band reformed this year to do some crazy shit… and I am forever grateful to be able to play music for a living with my family.

Last year I was performing at Bree Tranter set @spacejamsfest and afterwards backstage I was shooting up IVF drugs into my belly. That was about round 6, we never thought I would fall pregnant as I had a 5% chance of it working …

But 9 rounds later …I am playing SpaceJams Festival again with my man’s band @timberwolfmusic on the main stage with bub on board with us 🤰💙 we feel so lucky. #ivfjourney by @breetranter

We’re engaged! Im getting married to my best friend.

I feel like the luckiest person this year. For our 10year anniversary my love proposed to me on the rocks by the ocean in beautiful north qld Bowen.

Chris designed this beautiful custom ring to represent our past, our very fortunate present, and our future horizons. It’s absolutely more than I could ever imagine. Which is how I feel about our love.

Honestly I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with this man. He has moved mountains for our relationship. We have been through valleys and have climbed many mountains. And I can’t wait to keep exploring this life together and raising our family. by @breetranter
