✨Mindfulness- the practice of intentionally focusing your attention on the present moment with an attitude of openness, curiosity, and acceptance.

🧘🏾‍♀️🙇🏾‍♀️🧏🏾‍♀️🧎🏾‍♀️‍➡️💆🏾‍♀️

This involves being fully aware of your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and surroundings without judgment.

Mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, enhance focus, and foster a deeper connection with oneself and others.

Who’s coming?! 👀👇🏽 by @breezy_delights

A year ago today, I never thought I would be able to run more than 1 mile, before today I never ran more than 2 miles. But today, My God! Today I finished my first 5K(3.1 Miles)

I am beyond proud of myself. I said I will do hard things this year, and I will proudly mark this “running” activity off my list🥹❤️🏃🏾‍♀️

Love Never Fails♥️ by @breezy_delights

This school year has been one to remember! For those who don’t know, I was the College Advisor at Everett High School and it’s been one of the most rewarding jobs I’ve ever had. This class has made such a positive impact on my life. Visit my college advisor page to see our year in review because I worked overly hard on it🤣 @everett_collegeadvisor

Everett Class of 2026♥️💙
Thank you for such a fun school year! We’ve taken trips, laughed, had tough conversations and learned so much about each other. Some of you I had the honor of being your college advisor since your junior year coming from CTE last year to Everett this year. 2026 has a special place in my heart as my last high school class. I believe in each and every one of you. One thing about me, a job doesnt stop my love for you, so I’m ALWAYS a call or text away! You have an advisor/mentor for life!

Congratulations on your high school graduation but understand this is only the beginning. Build your conidence, determination and grit to be the best YOU. Make your family proud, make your city proud, but most importantly, make YOURSELF proud. Believe in you even if no one else does. With a change in your mindset, the world is yours🫶🏾

Ladies, do you experience hormonal imbalance symptoms before or while on your cycle?

My #1 symptom is skin break outs😣 My face breaks out right before, so to help with this I like to drink my Green Glow✨ juice!

Not only does it hydrate me, but it also provides anti-aging, antioxidants, and detoxification properties that brightens and evens my skin tone to give me this natural glow🙂‍↕️🌟
