⭐️for my tired queens out there⭐️

Here’s a zero-energy pajama yoga to wake up the body (the whole video is linked in my bio but here are 90 seconds of what I can post on reels) ⭐️ - I’m a bit rusty on providing instruction as I typically have a silent practice so cheers to getting back into it - hope y’all enjoy :)

🌟combating the winter blues with my favorite lil hobby 🌟

Aerial truly keeps me in the present moment!! I see those around me (myself included) stressed and stuck in our thoughts especially when we constantly see (or feel) all the heaviness and suffering in the world. With that said here’s a reminder to make space for the activities (and people) you love without attaching guilt or shame. You are more than allowed to feel joyful and free. That doesn’t take away from your ability to be an aware and empathetic human. The reality is when we allow ourselves the freedom to enjoy life we are cultivating loving awareness which is something the world needs more of ❤️

⭐️ my yoga routine before practicing aerial or acrobatics - please take care of your body by warming up ⭐️ repeat poses on the left and right sides and of course find your sweet spot between effort n ease
