My Refinement -
This is where God polishes my gifts so I can carry what’s coming next - not just as a photographer, but as a visual art director and creative leader.

Sweetober -
A reflection of everything I’ve been seeing and questioning, what’s this country coming to?
Every headline, every scroll, every moment reminds us how far we’ve drifted from compassion.
But through the noise, I’m still learning to move with grace.
To create with purpose.
To let love be the loudest form of protest.

This series is for truth, for unity, and for the women who carry both.
And for my grandmother, your spirit is still the light in my vision.
Love’s in need of love today.-

From Earlie Hudnall Jr.’s lens to mine 45 years apart, the story of 4th Ward continues to unfold. Buildings change, faces fade, but the soul of this community can’t be erased. This is my tribute to the roots, the culture, and the memories that still breathe through these streets. Photography isn’t just pictures to me it’s memory, it’s history, it’s preservation. I’ve fallen in love with freezing time… catching the light, the faces, the whispers of a community that’s changing every day.
Gentrification might reshape the blocks, but my lens is here to honor what came before the people, the culture, the spirit. This is more than a photo. This is my dedication to the roots… and my promise to keep telling our story. 1st photo taken by Earlie Hudnall Jr. Every photo taken by me besides the photo of Mr.Hudnall himself. Recently did an interview with Voyage Houston Magazine. I just want to thank god first. I am sincerely grateful for every blessing throughout this journey. Shoutout to the city of Houston a city I love deeply. I’m thankful for everyone who’s followed me throughout this journey and supported me. This was a goal of mine to be on Voyage magazine, I hope when you read my story you’re inspired. Remember to control your own narrative. However, thank you to the city of Houston for recognizing my work. ONE LOVE.
