🇬🇧 So, what actually is Brelkot? 👀

Brelkot is a wearable chain with a screen for displaying custom animations. I’m a motion designer and I’ve always wanted a way to actually wear my animations, so I decided to build one.

You can customize it with interchangeable colorful cages, almost like skins, to match your fit.

But Brelkot isn’t just about displaying animations. It can interact with other Brelkots, letting you trade animations and, for the geeks among us, even battle them. Each animation has its own stats, so you can train, upgrade and gain XP with them.

The first drop is planned in two waves of just 30 Brelkots each. Before then, I’ll be giving away animations and Legendary cards, and preparing additional cages you’ll be able to get separately. Metal cages are also planned for the future. 👀

Hi! 👋 Today’s post is a little different from what I usually share.
Until now, I’ve mostly shown Brelkot through polished animations and more elaborate videos. This time, I decided to put the editing aside and simply show you how one of its features actually works.

This is the Bestiary, the place where all your basic Bebok cards are stored. Here, you can browse their animations, check their stats and explore your collection. Each Bebok is more than an animation. It is also a card with its own unique traits.

Over the next few days, I’ll try to show you more of the individual animations, Legendary Cards and battles between Beboks.

Eight Brelkots. Eight colorways. And, as you can see, a pretty good sense of rhythm.

This is Brelkot’s current color palette. Some of these combinations are here to stay, while others are still being tested.

Which one would you choose for yourself? And what completely new color, one that isn’t part of the current palette yet, would you add? Let me know what I should create next.

Finally, art in motion that you can wear.

Hi, I’m Bartosz, the creator of Brelkot.

Brelkot is a wearable art device designed to become part of your outfit. It lets you wear and collect animations in the form of cards, choose what you want to display and style it with your look, just like jewellery or any other statement accessory.

These animations are not just for display. Each card has its own stats and a fixed edition size. You can develop it, trade it, send it to others and use it in battles with other collectors.

And most importantly:

Zero AI in the creation of the animations. Zero.

Every animation is made by real artists, and the entire collection is artistically curated.

And that is only part of what Brelkot can already do.

It is still a prototype, but just wait until I finish it. 👀
