Best weekend ever in Connemara celebrating Nicola & Bill ✨ by @brendaaacosta

The Dublin Marathon 🇮🇪🏆!!!

I’m so, so proud of what I accomplished yesterday! I had the best day, surrounded by the people I’ve been lucky enough to get to know since starting this new chapter of my life here in Dublin 🍀

First race running by myself, and I’m glad to know I’m mentally strong enough to push through it all, even with the pain 😂

Thank you Dublin ✨

$WE DID IT!!! 🇬🇧🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ My first ever marathon, I’m so proud of myself for being able to do that after a fracture & surgery, and also so grateful for all the support I had along the way. Thank you so much @runnershighlondon, @runnershighdublin, @celinastephens0n and @londonmarathonevents for the opportunity, I’ll never forget this weekend. And thank you @shivani_patel for sticking with me the whole way. #londonmarathon #tcslondonmarathon by @brendaaacosta$

I can finally run again… And the countdown to the @londonmarathon 2026 has officially begun 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️✨

What a chaotic year it’s been. After getting injured at the start of my marathon training, spending 8 weeks in a boot and going through surgery, there were moments I didn’t know if I could still make it.

But today I’m back running… And that feels like a huge win 🥹

Plans may have changed, and race day might look different from what I once imagined. But right now I just feel incredibly grateful to be able to train again!

I’m taking it slow, listening to my body, and letting go of any time expectations. I just want to enjoy every step and have the best day running my dream race. 🤍
