Thank you to @multiplesclerosis_uk for giving me the opportunity to run this race this year.

Thank you to my PT & orthopedist for getting me back to a place where not only was this possible, but where I came back stronger in ways my body had never been before.

And thank you to all of YOU.

You believed in me when I struggled to believe in myself.

If there’s one thing I’m taking away from all of this, it’s that I’ve spent way too much time believing I’m incapable, unqualified, or simply falling short.

No more after today.

I can crawl out of any pothole, find street level, and try again. As many times as I need to.

One year of @longislandrunstoo 🤍

To most people, it probably just looks like nonstop reposts of group photos and event flyers.

But for me, it’s been:

One year of putting myself out there
One year of turning collaborations I once thought were impossible into real life
One year of hearing no but finding other ways to make things happen
One year of reminding myself I’m allowed to create, lead, and take up space even when I felt unqualified
One year of showing up whether I was on top of the world or deep in a valley
One year of real, meaningful friendships
One year of backing my words with action and becoming the person I encourage others to be

I built this run club from nothing. Just with all the love and passion I have for the sport of running. And look what it has become and who I became along the way 🕊️

Thank you for believing in the vision, for the support, the love, and for rocking with me. To my run club members, this exists because of YOU.

No idea what year two holds.
But I do know this: if you didn’t know yet…

2025 @chimarathon ! After a HOT day, I’m heading back to LI with a shiny PR🥳

I’ll be real with you. I had doubts coming into this weekend. Between building a community in my hometown, balancing my 9–5, and navigating all the growth that comes with being 28 in 2025, I questioned if I could really do it all AND make it to the finish line in Chicago.

There were missed runs, long nights, and moments I felt like I was burning out. But every week I had to remind myself to keep going. To keep trying. To keep reaching.

I remember being 10 and my cousin showing me Homecoming by Kanye West for the first time and it was the coolest song my little ears had ever heard. One line has stayed with me ever since: “Reach for the stars so if you fall you land on a cloud.” This year, that’s exactly what I’ve done with Run Club, with my running, with my life. And now this song comes full circle for me, because all these years later it perfectly mirrors this stage of my life and the song just so happens to be about the very city where I just ran my second star: Chicago.

Standing here today, medal in hand, I’m proof that I cannot stop reaching for those stars. Because look at what’s happening, WE’RE MAKING IT ALL COME TO LIFE!

And if I can do it, SO CAN YOU!
