About a year ago, @trentshelton and I connected in the carpark at UPW in Anaheim, right after I had a deeply emotional, tear-filled breakthrough from hearing him speak at @tonyrobbins ’ UPW.He is truly one of the most inspirational people I’ve met, and I connected so deeply with his story, his heart, and his “why.”God connected us in such a miraculous way, and now here we are Trent joining us in our mastermind in Malibu, creating powerful breakthroughs for our members.We also had the most beautiful day spending time with him and his right hand, @brendajcardenas exploring Malibu Wine Hikes, seeing native animals, enjoying nature, and sharing time with two truly beautiful souls.For anyone who wants to make a real impact in their community, find a way to connect with Trent and Brenda. I was sitting outside with the dogs today and thought, it’s good lighting, let me take a pic.And when I looked at it, I thought to myself, damn, I look old. Tired. Sad.I just sat there for a while, looking at every wrinkle, every scar, looking into my eyes. Feeling gutted. And I remembered, girl, it’s been a rough year. A year of loss and confusion. A year that took all of me and then some. A year that isn’t over and the battle isn’t over either.I’ve earned every wrinkle, the bags under my eyes, every scar, and even the sadness and pain.But I also grew.I grew stronger.I grew wiser.I grew in every area of my life.And I, I’m showing up 100% as myself. Something I would’ve never had the confidence or courage to do before. I would’ve hidden behind a filter. Behind an edit. Behind the version of me I thought people wanted to see.Not anymore.What’s for me, I’m earning it. Who’s for me, I’ve earned them. And whatever is meant to come into my life, I’m earning that too.Every season may look different. I may look different. And that’s ok.Because one thing I’ll never do is stop working on me. Stop having a big heart. Stop helping people. Stop living my purpose.I’m just going to keep being this imperfect person, sharing my journey, and giving all the love that I can.Because that’s who I am.And honestly, after everything this year has taken from me, I’m proud of the person who’s still here. by @brendajcardenas

This is a hard one Chris. My prayers are with your kids, your family and every friend you made and you made a lot of friends. That’s just who you are. One of the greatest. My friend, I will miss the random country nights, the fish fry’s, eating a shrimp boil driving them back roads, the laughs… THE LAUGHS! Even when you were fighting cancer, you still found a way to crack a joke. I wish I could see you dancing around and bringing so much light to everyone. I wish I could hear you say “we dem boys” one last time. You can rest now. I love you forever. by @brendajcardenas

This one hit different… back in my city Austin, Tx, with bro… Nature Heals Free Therapy walk… with a great group of people. It never gets old to be a part of the mission, the vision, the impact… in person. Yes we reach millions and millions of people around the world across socials every single day… But to be able to bring this to the cities we visit, to meet these people, to hear their stories, to hug them, cry with them, laugh with them, share healing with them, coach them… and to have been able to do this for well over a decade… brings me joy, makes my heart full and lets me know that it’s needed in this world. Let’s go @trentshelton by @brendajcardenas
