The look I sneak to you to let you know the night is going so well 😏

Welcome to a night of curation at the J Suite.

Guests are celebrated VIPs; your presence in our community is a choice we appreciate.

你吃了吗？

Ding, ding! Let’s gather around for acknowledgements.

This event was led by the visionary, @letangiebe , whose creativity and determination continues to inspire me as she’s become a fierce leader within my team.

Together, we celebrate the mission to help every smoker and vaper switch to Zeroing.

Peer pressure feels and looks a whole lot different when the choice for harm reduction is made together 🤝

I’ll be your airtender for the night. What’s your favorite flavor? Want your natural extracts mixed or straight?

“Anyone who makes it this far into this post will definitely be Zeroing once they see how much drip this has.”

The vision:

The execution:

Woah, Ciel’s fit matches the cupcakes 👀

Whether you’re in the room as a business owner, creator, consultant, dancer, DJ, operator, or of other profession, one message is common:

We always have a choice. With stress, anxiety, and other cravings, making a choice to reduce harm through behavioral tools and peer support is always an option.

Smiling because empowered women in leadership just know how to get things done right.

Forever grateful that I get to contribute toward happier, healthier lives. Support the mission at @mycapnos by following our accounts, sharing our media, and by Zeroing!

Post number 18 to celebrate August 18th with a stay in the J Suite at J Hotel - Shanghai Tower. Service and staff support were exemplary! Brendan gives two thumbs up while looking at the camera as Qiao records from the leftside of the frame; ciel and Angela are smiling in the right of the frame. by @brendanwang

2019 was the last time my core family of five was together until we recently reunited aboard the Valiant Lady on Virgin Voyages. I’ve grown distant with my brother, only exchanging texts once a year; heading into this trip, I prepared for the worst, with appreciation for the best.

We arrived in San Juan, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, during Thanksgiving day to begin our journey together. Once onboard, our first destination off the ship was Saint Martin/ Sint Maarten. We then visited Saint Kitts, Dominica, and lastly, Barbados, before ending our voyage (🇫🇷/🇳🇱, 🇰🇳, 🇩🇲, 🇧🇧).

I’m grateful for the team effort put together by everyone. I’m glad I get the opportunity to book dining reservations, rally my family to do difficult things, and to be a peacekeeper, all of which led to a rewarding experience. I love it when we’re cruisin’ together! taken in Virgin Voyages by @brendanwang

rode away to the Nordic region, having walked 257,000+ steps over 14 days in five cities across four countries!

First city: Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪 (1-4, 20)
Second: Gothenburg, Sweden 🇸🇪 (5-7)
Third: Oslo, Norway 🇳🇴 (8-10)
Fourth: Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰 (11-15)
Fifth: Helsinki, Finland 🇫🇮 (16-19)

I’m so grateful to have gone on this trip with my twin sister and parents as the group navigator. Despite early crash-outs and challenges, we adapted and were unified by the end of the trip. I found inspiration in learning of the Nobel Peace Prize origins, community through meetups with locals, and experienced a cultural immersion that upholds why this region consists of the happiest (ranked) countries on Earth 😄 taken in Scandinavia by @brendanwang

I presented @mycapnos to the @fda and @nihgov last week! I’m also excited to share that a grant application to evaluate CAPNOS in a human laboratory study is now pending review!

This was such a rewarding experience to share our research on sensory dependencies with tools to address disparities for treatment access for people struggling with vaping or smoking use. I envision that our first clinical study would lead to many more research projects, focused on a behavioral approach, to address the leading cause of preventable death.

Our devices are not tobacco, vaping, medical, or food products; we are leading the expansion of a new category for behavioral aids that are affordable and accessible for anyone to use anywhere, anytime.

I returned from Washington D.C. and was a guest lecturer with the ESHIP 230 class run by @dezmelfibozzo, having spoken about Resilience. Having shared my personal stories with an educational focus was a gratifying experience. Thank you to the students for being so attentive and asking great questions! taken in FDA White Oak Campus by @brendanwang
