Mindfulness vs Anticipatory Anxiety Tomorrow is not promised. Learning that the hard way, as most of us do. It’s not the losing weight or gaining muscle that makes me happy. Succeeding and failing daily in my personal pursuits of physical, mental, and spiritual wellness is what brings me joy. Mindfulness specialist now? Hell no.
