the collab nobody asked for, but we gave it to you anyway because we just knew Hamilton would love this one 🤭

Sip Sabai (thai brunch) on the patio, paired with coffee, matcha, and pastries. There’s something about the way this city showed up for it that told us we’re onto something special.

July 25–26, we’re teaming up with @eemkhao for Hamilton’s first Thai brunch and @brenplatts for pastries, alongside @kickbacksips pouring coffee and matcha all weekend. Kickback Sips will have a regular cafe menu and our signature drinks available.

THIS SATURDAY (MAR.7) - BIRTHDAY BAKERY POP-UP - LAST SUPPER BOOKS X SHORT KING CROISSANT - 11AM - 4PM

I'm so used to working on my birthday but there was a small chance I wouldn't have to this year, so I'm fixing that with a @shortkingcroissants pop-up at @lastsupperbooks!

Going to make a few of my favs in very limited quantities, so come celebrate the start of my Carlsberg years™.

It's also #internationalwomensday, so we'll be giving all the monies to @ywcahamilton - this is just a fun way to avoid awkward singing and blushing.

Had the absolute pleasure of assembling the dream team of @tennieee @lovelylilyhu and @justinmac for a @pymtoronto & @thesameerproject fundraiser at the @anonystudio space.

Raised a good amount of funds as well as awareness for the on-going genocide - when we did the first one nearly two years ago we were optimistic we wouldn't need to do another one, and yet here we are.

Special thanks to @maeganjunecollins for gathering us all together, and all the usual suspects that came out (or pre-purchased ahead) to buy our snacks in support of the cause.

'Birthday-nish'

Been resisting the cookie croissant thing for awhile, but when @listerlikesfood sends weekly DMs, what other option is there?

This is our all @stbrigidscreamery dough with cookie dough, five types of @valrhonausa coverture (manjari/dulcey/jivara/tanariva/strawberry inspiration) and then a teeny-tiny cookie on top.

Inspired by the supremely crushable birthday cookies from @roselle_to (I've never eaten fewer than three in a sitting), and made in very limited quantities for the anniversary of @bishatoronto's opening - starting October 1st!

Whiskey+Maple Buttertart Croissants!

Every year @kinsipspirits and I glance longingly towards each other and curse the distance between us - this year we decided nothing would stand in our way.

Initially just for their annual Buttertart Festival, we're running these at the shop until May!

It's their delicious whiskey barrel-aged No.3 Extra Special Dark maple syrup + @stbrigidscreamery Salted 84% Butter and a whole lot of love.

Jambon Beurre with St.Brigit's & House-Made Jambon de Paris (on Blackbird baguette)

Made this as a snack for the AFM (@toronto2niagara/@paychen /@misfittoye /@boneats/@foodpr0n /@taraobrady) and now I'm thinking about running these in the shop as a special to really show off how satisfying keeping things simple can be. No aioli, pickles, rocket - just goodness.
