Where do I begin? Scarlett, there is a reason the whole world celebrates your birthday. From the beginning you have been a force. Opinionated, resourceful, calculated, and independent. You have qualities I could only dream of having.
God blessed me 10 years ago to the day and He hasn’t stopped. You are just the sister your brother needs and you are more than the daughter I have prayed for.
It is an honor to be your dad and watch you grow. There is such a beauty in you. You are fearless yet cautious, confident in yourself yet open to other opinions.
I have told you this one thing since birth and I still mean it: no matter what you say, no matter what you do, I will ALWAYS love you.
