Be The Lake - Lough Owel lying just north of Mullingar, low and wide like an exhale is the inspiration behind ‘Be the Lake’. I past it today on my drive to Mayo and it still gets me , no matter how many times I see it #composer #irishneoclassicalmusic #piano #land

That is how we heal - Live @vicar_st with Tony Bates

The reaction to this at the live shows is hard to describe. There is a collective release . Magic to play it on this @steinwayhalluk @pianocentre_

Please share it with someone who may need to hear it.

I opened with this for my Mullingar hometown show in the Cathedral on Friday night.
I was a bit of a wreck before I went on. I needed to settle myself with these words.
The minute I started to talk I could feel the audience was with me. My hometown had my back.

Thank you all so much 🎼🎹❤️

Mullingar, what can I say.
You made me a very happy man. To perform in a space where I learned my trade alongside the Choristers @harding_michael_writer and Mary Kate Murphy.
Thank you to everyone for making it happen. This was a show created by the best creatives I know @andrea.cullen @tanyacullen_tantan @bronte_photography_projects @bronte.designhouse @iscbrk @surelookmedia @polarisstringquartet and everyone who has contributed to the show.

And to @wearesingularartists @unamolloy @amplifyagencyie and overall to the Bishop and the parish for inviting us into this space of worship . It means a lot

On way to @visual_carlow now for my next show

Hypochondriac and health anxiety from an early age.
I believe this particular note didn’t work and I had to pull myself from my deathbed and wander into school 🤣🎹❤️ by @bressie
