Roe turned the BIG 3 on October 7th!!
-
If you know Roe, then you know he does what he wants. This dude is an animal. He loves to wrestle. He loves to be outside and explore and he’s obsessed with Dinosaurs. He can literally name every one of them! The dude is SMART!
-
Pretty amazing to have Roe as the final boy. All of the kids love him and it’s beyond fun to see the friendship between Cash and Roe. The two bros! Cash wanted a brother for a long time and you can see it in how they interact.

He may not sleep one bit but Roe is something special and we love him endlessly.

Last night we had breathwork and sound healing for our @untdslr leadership group. Always very impactful, grounding and healing. This time it was led by the one and only @ashleypaigecollective
-
This time was fun and different for me. Ashley allowed me to play my Drone flute for part of the Sound healing. Such a cool experience.
-
@haylienowell bought me a drone flute on fathers day and I’ve been hooked ever since. Playing almost every single day because it simply relaxes me and puts me in a perfectly aligned state.

What a FUN memory!
-
@haylienowell and I took Harley and Riglee to their first concert last night. It was nothing short of perfect. Spending that time pouring all of our energy into this moment was amazing. We laughed and danced from start to finish! Riglee was getting a tad tired towards the end. She also wore cowgirl boots with no socks lol. So I happily carried her from her to seat, back to the car. Love Dadding lol. Moments, moments, moments. Perfect moments.

I just can’t get over how lucky we are to be parents to these beautiful girls of ours. What a fun memory that we get to hold onto forever.

2 days visiting our incredible Cali team (DRIVEN)

Never a bad trip
-
Golfing and real conversations about life, family and work. Going deeper in our relationships. This is what it’s all about. Early morning surfing (learning) to get the body moving and the day going. Followed up with Drivens Tuesday meeting! Iron sharpens Iron. Working on creating STICKY appointments. Then of course, smash doors together and create momentum. Nothing better than the hunt!
-
Ended by dropping off what’s called a Sushi burrito to our boy Dylan who’s been down and out with sickness. Creating the special moments that create true Fullfillment.

2 weeks of adventure

2 weeks of memories

2 weeks of bonding.

I am feeling exhausted. Being a Dad or a parent in general can be a lot. Always striving to create memories and experiences that your kids can build off of. Guess what, I love it! Yes, I’m tired. But I don’t take the title of being a father lightly. It’s a responsibility that I chose and I hold close to my heart. I will always strive to lead, guide and teach my kids. They deserve that and so much more. I chose to bring them to this world and I’ll choose to show up for them every single day just as my parents did for me and I am beyond thankful for that example.
-
Colorado was incredible building memories with my kids and their grandparents in the woods of Colorado. Nothing like it. Then off to watch my girls dance relentlessly in Cali and compete in what they love to do most. They literally glow on stage. It will make a grown man cry 100% of the time. With all of this, building better 1 on 1 relationships with Swayze, Roe and Cash has been nothing short of special.
