Yesterday when we checked in the woman at the front desk her name is Rochelle (this was my Mom's name) I said to her I very rarely meet anyone with the name Rochelle. We chatted she's from Jamaica and was extremely Pleasant with upgrades to our room. When she asked what my spouse's name was to add her to the room , we said Jen and she said that's my Mom's name as well - I believe in signs!

This morning Hotel staff rang our door and presented me with a birthday cake and champagne compliments of Rochelle ❤️

On this day, 249 years ago, Philadelphia held its breath. On the night of December 23, 1776, while our city sat cold, anxious, and convinced the Revolution might collapse before it truly began, George Washington was out there in the freezing dark pushing his army across the Delaware.

The ice was thick, the river was violent, and the wind cut like a Broad Street gust in January. But that crossing, the one every Philly kid learns about in school changed everything. Philadelphians woke in the days after to news of a stunning victory at Trenton. Morale flipped. The city that had been preparing for defeat suddenly believed again. And right here, in the same streets we walk today, people felt the Revolution spark back to life.

Two hundred and forty nine years later, we still look at that moment the way we look at our own heroes. Gritty, stubborn, cold-weather tough, and ready to fight through anything.

Only in Philadelphia do we carry that kind of history like it’s still happening just across the river. by @brett_grossman

Arguing with a fool proves there are two… because the second you engage, you step off your throne to wrestle in the mud. Some people only understand chaos, not clarity… and when you feed them your energy, you become part of their entertainment. Real strength isn’t in proving you’re right, it’s in walking away knowing you could destroy them with truth but chose peace instead. Every king knows silence cuts deeper than any insult… so don’t argue, just elevate. Let fools perform while you build your empire in quiet. Maturity is realizing your time is too expensive for petty debates. The wise don’t waste breath… they lead by example 🤲🏾 by @brett_grossman

🔥🔥🔥THIS IS LAMININ🔥🔥🔥
The molecule, Laminin is the protein that holds human beings together. Do you notice its shape? Isn't it amazing that God would think so far in the future, and make the very thing that makes us think of Jesus, make up and play a crucial role in how we are formed? God formed you to not only live as an image of Christ, but to never escape the fact that you are HIS!
We are branded by the Cross!

He is before all things, and in him all things hold together...

John 5:28-29

"Do not marvel at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their tombs will hear my voice and come out—those who have done good will rise to life, and those who have done evil will rise to be condemned".
